The doctor warns Zlatan Ibrahimovic about returning to Manchester United

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's doctor warned the striker not to rush the return of Manchester United.
Ibrahimovic tore his anterior cruciate ligament against Anderlecht in April in the Europa League.

Dr. Freddie Fu, the specialist who operated it, wants the attacker to have as much recovery time as possible.
"He's very strong, but football is still a combative sport," he said. "As a doctor, of course I want to see him return as late as possible only when he is fully fit to play.
"There have been many cases of players returning prematurely with bad consequences.
"I do not worry about your injury, because it always takes time to recover completely."

The doctor added: "Actually the EPL has just started and I am sure that Manchester United would not need the player urgently for any crucial match either in the league or European competitions."
Ibrahimovic was included in the group stage team of the Champions League of Manchester United, but no date was given for the return of the Swedish.
