Farhad Moshiri has full confidence in Ronald Koeman

Despite a home defeat against Burnley, Ronald Koeman retains the support of majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri.
Everton invested heavily in the summer, but failed to secure a replacement for striker Romelu Lukaku.
Having scored just four league goals so far this season, Everton failed to match expectations. They are currently seventh in seven games.

After the disappointing loss to the Clarets at Goodison Park, pressure was mounting on Koeman.
The boss may be under fire from sections of the Everton fan base, but still has the support of the man who calls the shots, Moshiri.

"We are in a bad moment - but we played three of the four title contenders.
"[Burnley] was the only unexpected loss." The four UEFA pre-qualifying games and two group matches on Thursdays did not help, with mental fatigue and seven injuries.

"These are the first days and Koeman has my full support, we have great fans who deserve better, we know the honest and objective expectations of our supporters and we will not disappoint them.
Koeman spoke of the spirit his side showed after Burnley's defeat.
"I have experience and if you win, your life and your day are different," he said.
"If you lose, of course, it's not good if you have two weeks on an international break and get defeated today, but that's life and you have to accept it.
"But do not accept to sit and wait. We'll continue and I will try to do the best for my job. All things and questions are not in my hands.
