BERNARDO SILVA ESCAPES FROM PUNISHMENT FOR ALLEGED SIMULATION

The English Federation looked at the pictures of Manchester City's opening goal against Burnley, but concluded that there was no reason to punish Bernardo Silva for simulation.

Another penalty shot was also under analysis at Watford-Arsenal, with the same commission considering that there were also no grounds for punishing the Brazilian Richarlison.

The rule to punish those who simulate penalties (or any other non-existent foul) came into effect early in the season in England, providing up to two suspension games for the offender.
